General Terms and Conditions of Booking

Coral Tree Villa Hua Hin When you submit a booking request with Coral Tree Villa Hua Hin (hereinafter referred to as “the Resort”), and the Resort has confirmed such reservation, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted:
(a) The Resort’s Privacy Policy
(b) These General Terms and Conditions of Booking
(c) Any additional terms, rules, or notices issued by the Resort The Resort recommends that all guests review these terms and conditions before making a reservation, as the Resort reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the content at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered complete when:

  • The Resort has officially confirmed the reservation.
  • You have received a confirmation email from the system or from our reservation staff.
  • The Resort has received full payment or a deposit according to the rate plan’s terms.

All personal data provided during the booking process will be stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Coral Tree Villa Hua Hin.

3. Payment and Security

Payments made through the Resort’s website or online channels are processed via a secure, industry-standard payment system.
All credit card details are encrypted and safely stored in compliance with applicable laws and data protection standards.

4. Booking Guarantee Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
Guests must present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.
The cardholder’s name must match the registered guest’s name.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of accommodation.

5. Currency and Room Rates

All rates displayed on the Resort’s website are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).
Currency conversions shown in other currencies are for reference only.
The amount stated in the official booking confirmation is the final and accurate price.

6. Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious error in rates or services, the Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and may offer the guest the option to rebook at the correct rate.

7. Guest Identification

Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID card or passport for verification and security purposes.
The name on the identification must match the credit card and the name on the reservation.

8. Children and Adults Policy

- One child under 12 years old may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents free of room charge (maximum 1 child per room), breakfast and extra amenities are subject to additional charge.

9. Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Cancellations are subject to the specific terms of each rate plan.
In case of no-show or failure to cancel within the required period, a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate including VAT will be applied to the credit card used for booking.
Cancellation details and conditions will be stated in each booking confirmation email.

10. Deposits and Damages

A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in to cover any incidental charges or potential damages during your stay.
The deposit will be refunded upon check-out if no outstanding charges apply.
Refund timelines depend on the processing time of your issuing bank.

11. Travel Insurance

The Resort strongly recommends that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering accommodation, trip cancellations, loss of belongings, and medical expenses to ensure peace of mind during travel.

12. Privacy

By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Coral Tree Villa Hua Hin.
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information as permitted by law and the Resort’s privacy procedures.

13. Use of Resort Facilities

Guests agree to use the Resort’s facilities responsibly and to return the accommodation in the same condition as upon check-in.
Any damage to property or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest’s credit card or deducted from the security deposit. Guests must follow all Resort rules and staff instructions for safety and comfort.
Commercial photography or videography within the Resort premises is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the management. The Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest displaying inappropriate behavior or violating Resort rules, without refund.

14. Facilities and Maintenance

Certain facilities may be unavailable at times due to maintenance or other operational reasons.
If a particular facility is essential to your stay, please contact the Resort before booking to confirm availability.
Photographs displayed on the website are for promotional purposes only and may differ slightly from actual room layouts.

15. Internet Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is provided throughout the Resort, with up to 3 devices per room.
This service is provided by a third-party vendor; therefore, the Resort cannot guarantee internet speed, stability, or be held liable for any damages arising from its use.

16. Force Majeure

The Resort shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, or political unrest.
In such cases, the Resort will notify guests as soon as possible and may offer alternative stay dates or a full refund without penalty.
